canon digital camera, home theater systemLast night, while watching the Suns/Lakers game my friend was on the laptop, laughing to herself. After about the fourth chuckle, I asked what was so funny. She flipped the screen around and showed me some of her kid pictures like a day at the rodeo. She was making a calendar, made up of her pictures for her mom. Talk about a great holiday gift idea. She had this program where she had uploaded her Canon Digital Camera photos, moved the pics into the pre-framed calendar windows and then after completed just clicked a buy button which automatically sends it out to be printed.

I just recently got a camera so I don’t have enough recent photos to use her same idea for a holiday gift but it does give me something to shoot for next gift giving occasion for my mom. My brother has had a Canon Digital Camera for a while now. Next time I talk to him, I’m going to let him know about this sweet picture to calendar service. Today, I’m turning up the Christmas tunes over the home theater system to get the holiday gift ideas flowing. Wish me luck.
