Keeping Far Away Friends Close with a Canon Digital Camera |

One of the most bittersweet things about growing up is losing contact with all those friends who went to different schools after 12th grade, moved to different places and started lives elsewhere. It is always awesome to see these people those couple times a year on vacation or when visiting. I try to keep all these far away friends close by chronicling our time together with a Canon digital camera. Taking pictures and placing them around the home and office is the simplest way to keep them around.
I don’t know about you but a Canon digital camera or any camera for that matter is the perfect way to freeze a great moment in time. Some like to take video, which I do too but pictures are really special. Until someone comes up with a Harry Potter-esk newspaper (see 2007 video above, fiction is changing to fact) or album that captures and replays great moments in time, photos are the go to medium for keep a memory fresh. I have a friend moving out of the country soon so taking some more Canon digital camera photos before she leaves is on the top of my list of things to do.
